MS-Tech Corporation offers CNC retrofit solution on Deckel Maho machines for customers virtually anywhere in the world. We can retrofit a 4-axis U80P up and running in 2 weeks! We can retrofit a 5-axis machine up and running in 3-4 weeks! On-site retrofit installation will be done by two well trained MS-Tech engineers. To maximize your saving, we will use the existing Siemens servo and spindle motors and drives, and replace the old heidenhain control only. Optional new AC servo motors and drives are available.
MS-Tech CNC systems are Fanuc G-code compatible. Canned cycles for pack drilling, tapping, helix interpolations in either vertical or horizontal axis are included. Automatic tool change is supported.
